About Us

The off the Job accident program has been a God's send for our injured members and helps them from digging a financial hole. There is a process  of educating the members, following up with the paperwork to the Trust Fund, insuring the member is paid. This extra time is on behalf of the Business Manager but it is worth it.

Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO / Database and Information Systems

Sara Dean cropSarah Dean is the Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO for the Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT). Sarah joined IMPACT in January of 2022. Her position includes working closely with the CEO and the rest of IMPACT's staff, maintaining the database and assisting members with event registration and IMPACT program navigation.

Before joining IMPACT, Sarah worked as an Administrative Assistant for an independent pharmacy group.
