Kevin Hilton has dedicated his professional career to the development and implementation of successful relations that serve to benefit the construction industry.
He comes to IMPACT after serving The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC) as Senior Vice President, where he worked for over 12 years dealing directly with all major stakeholders in the industry, from the leadership of the Building Trades to the principal officers in the Contractor community to the leadership of every major Industrial Manufacturing sector in the U.S. During his tenure at TAUC/NMAPC, Kevin managed the development of complex databases, websites and media outreach strategies.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Building Museum, the ACE Mentor Program, the National Alliance for Fair Contracting, and a member of the Construction Industry Institute board of advisors as well as host of IMPACTv and a regular contributor to various industry publications. He is a past Board member of the Association of Union Constructors. He has either contributed to or been cited in numerous trade publications including Engineering News Record, The Voice (a Construction Users Round Table publication), BIC (Building Industry Alliance), Crane Magazine, The Construction User and Crane Hotline, among others.
Hilton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
