Kevin Hilton has dedicated his professional career to the development and implementation of successful labor-management relations that serve to benefit the union sector of the construction industry.
He comes to IMPACT after serving The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC) as Senior Vice President, where he worked for over 12 years dealing directly with all major stakeholders in the industry, from the leadership of International Unions and Building Trades Councils to the principal officers in the Contractor community to the leadership every major Industrial Manufacturing sector in the U.S. During his tenure at TAUC/NMAPC, Kevin managed the development of complex databases, websites and media outreach strategies.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of TAUC, the ACE Mentor Program, and the National Alliance for Fair Contracting.
Hilton has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
