Notice: Updates To Substance Abuse Program
Over the past year, IMPACT staff has engaged in a comprehensive review of the Substance Abuse Program to simplify the program, increase its effectiveness and credibility and contain its cost. Based on this review, updates to the Substance Abuse Program were made and the new program guidelines will be published on the IMPACT website on March 30, 2013. Transition to the updated Substance Abuse Program will start in May 2013. IMPACT will work with all Local Unions and Contractors to ensure a seamless transition.
