The Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) announced today it has been recognized by Communications Concepts with a 2012 Apex Award for Publication Excellence. The award acknowledges the outstanding, innovative quality of IMPACT’s 2011 annual report, “Ironworkers and Employers Partnering for Success.”
“This award simply reinforces the fact that IMPACT is committed to exploring new technologies and innovative communication styles accessible to both Contractors and Ironworkers,” said IMPACT CEO Kevin Hilton. “We look forward to producing more award-winning content in next year’s report.”
Sponsored by Communications Concepts, the Apex Award competition is a prestigious contest which recognizes associations and non-profit organizations for communications excellence. Communications Concepts provides online resources for PR and marketing professionals, in addition to consulting services.
On May 24, IMPACT staff also accepted a Gold Circle Award from The Center for Association Leadership (ASAE) at their 2012 Marketing, Membership and Communications Conference in Washington, DC.
