Eric Waterman, IMPACT CEO, will open the meeting with RAB I Co-Chairs Jay Hurley, President of the Ironworkers District Council of New England States, and Carl Johnson, President of the Berlin Steel Construction Company followed by RAB II Co-Chairs Ed Walsh, President of New York State Iron Workers District Council, and Joseph Merlino, Vice President of Bayshore Rebar, Inc.
