Susan Avery is the Communications Associate for the Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT).  Susan joined IMPACT in May of 2009. Her position includes working closely with and assisting the Director of Marketing, Branding, Communications & Creative Development.  Susan’s primary responsibilities include website & database administration, assisting with the creation and distribution of print & online advertising and the production of industry related communications, including e-communications to members, contributions to the monthly magazine, press releases and the IMPACT Annual Report.

Prior to working in the IMPACT office, Susan worked for eight years in the Ironworkers International's Safety and Health Department. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Buena Vista University.
