The off the Job accident program has been a God's send for our injured members and helps them from digging a financial hole. There is a process  of educating the members, following up with the paperwork to the Trust Fund, insuring the member is paid. This extra time is on behalf of the Business Manager but it is worth it.

Contractor Development Course

Ironworkers interested in becoming a new Contractor (or current Contractors who want to improve the operation of their business) may do so through IMPACT's Contractor Development Course, a self-study course which is open to all applicants who are accepted. This will be a totally self-paced course and will include textbook readings, reviewing pre-recorded webinars, completing online exercises and developing a business plan.
